KEPVIA DATA RETENTION

We keep your account and commitment data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from Settings, we remove this data from our active systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.

Basic usage records, such as request timestamps and counts used to keep the Service reliable and prevent abuse, are kept for 90 days and then deleted.

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address until you are invited to the app or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

We may keep limited records longer than stated above where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
