KEPVIA TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account or using Kepvia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kepvia. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it.

Kepvia uses an AI model to interpret the commitments you enter in your own words. You confirm the AI's interpretation before it is saved. Kepvia is a tool to help you track and follow through on commitments, it does not guarantee any particular outcome, and you remain responsible for your own commitments and decisions.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to abuse the AI features, interfere with the Service's operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

You own the commitment text and other content you enter into Kepvia. You give us permission to process it as described in our Privacy Policy, solely to operate the Service for you.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Kepvia is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kepvia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
